Welcome to Sunset Country Festival. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sunsetcountryfest.com, produced and operated by V2 Productions LLC. By accessing this Site, purchasing tickets, or attending the festival, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Tickets and Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Tickets are non-refundable except in case of festival cancellation. Resale only through authorized platforms. Lost/stolen tickets cannot be replaced. We reserve the right to refuse entry for rule violations.
3. Event Rules and Conduct
By entering the festival you agree to: follow all staff and security instructions; allow security searches at entry; behave respectfully toward all guests, staff and artists; not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, outside food/drink, drones, professional cameras without credentials); comply with all local laws and Apopka Amphitheater venue rules. We reserve the right to remove anyone for misconduct, without refund.
4. Age and ID Policy
All ages welcome (children under 5 free with paying adult). Valid government-issued ID required for 21+ areas. Alcohol strictly 21+ with ID check.
5. Photo and Video Release
By attending, you grant V2 Productions LLC permission to use your image, voice and likeness in any photo, video or recording for promotional purposes, worldwide, without compensation.
6. Weather and Cancellation
Rain or shine event. Force majeure may result in postponement, modification or cancellation. Refund policies communicated via official channels.
7. Lineup Changes
Lineup and schedule subject to change without notice. Artist cancellations do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.
8. Blog Content and Third-Party News Disclaimer
The Sunset Country Festival blog publishes news, updates and editorial content about country music, artists, tours and the entertainment industry, sourced from publicly available information. V2 Productions LLC is NOT responsible for: (a) changes in tour dates, show dates, venue locations or ticket availability announced by artists, labels or promoters after our publication date; (b) concert or event cancellations, postponements or rescheduling made by artists or third parties; (c) inaccuracies in information originally provided by third-party sources; (d) any losses, costs or inconvenience incurred by readers who act on information published on our blog without independently verifying it. All blog content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, images, video) is the property of V2 Productions LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V2 Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the Site, reliance on blog content, or attendance at the festival.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

13. Assumption of Risk
By attending the festival, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of a large outdoor event, including crowds, loud noise, weather conditions, physical activity, and exposure to illness. You attend at your own risk.
14. Security Screening and Emergency Procedures
All guests and belongings are subject to security screening upon entry, including bag checks and walk-through detectors. Prohibited items will be refused at the gate. In case of emergency, follow instructions from festival staff and security; medical assistance will be available on site.
15. Accessibility (ADA)
Sunset Country Festival is committed to providing an accessible experience for guests with disabilities, including accessible viewing areas and accommodations. For accessibility requests, please contact us in advance at admin@sunsetcountryfest.com.
16. Lost and Found
Lost and found items are collected at a designated on-site location during the festival. After the event, inquiries can be directed to admin@sunsetcountryfest.com. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen on site.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V2 Productions LLC, its partners, sponsors and staff from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the festival.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site, reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the festival constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and V2 Productions LLC regarding the Site and the festival.
