Welcome to Sunset Country Festival. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sunsetcountryfest.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of tickets to and attendance at Sunset Country Festival, taking place on April 3, 2027 at the Apopka Amphitheater in Apopka, Florida (the “Festival”). The Site and the Festival are produced and operated by V2 Productions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site, purchasing tickets, or attending the Festival, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site or purchasing tickets, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who purchases tickets for, or attends with, a minor accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
2. Ticket Sales Through Eventbrite
Official ticketing partner. Official tickets to Sunset Country Festival are sold exclusively through Eventbrite, via the ticket links published on sunsetcountryfest.com and our official social media channels. Your purchase is also subject to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Eventbrite; V2 Productions LLC does not receive or store your payment card information.
Unauthorized sellers. Tickets bought from unauthorized resellers, individuals, or social media listings may be counterfeit, duplicated, or invalid. We are not responsible for, and will not honor or refund, tickets obtained from any source other than Eventbrite or a transfer made through Eventbrite.
Pricing phases and discount codes. Ticket prices increase by release phase (Early Bird, Phase 2, Phase 3, and Gate). No refund, credit, or price adjustment will be given for price differences between phases. Discount and promo codes have no cash value, cannot be combined, and cannot be applied to orders already placed.
One ticket, one entry. Each ticket carries a unique QR code valid for one admission and one scan. If a ticket is copied or shared, only the first scan will be admitted. Keep your ticket private and do not post it online.
Transfers. Where available, tickets may only be transferred using Eventbrite’s official transfer tools.
Lost tickets. Tickets can be accessed again from your Eventbrite account or confirmation email. We are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, shared, or used by someone else.
Right to refuse or cancel. We may cancel orders or refuse entry, without refund, in cases of fraud, suspected unauthorized resale, or violation of these Terms.
3. Refund Policy: All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued, including but not limited to in the following situations:
- (a) any change, substitution, addition, or cancellation of any artist, headliner, or performer, or any change to performance order, set times, or set length;
- (b) weather conditions, including rain, heat, wind, or lightning delays, interruptions, or a shortened program. The Festival is a rain or shine event;
- (c) changes to the schedule, venue layout, activities, vendors, food and beverage options, or amenities;
- (d) your inability to attend for any reason, including illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or purchasing the wrong ticket type or quantity;
- (e) denial of entry or removal from the Festival for violating these Terms, venue rules, or the law;
- (f) price differences between ticket phases or promotions.
Fees. Eventbrite service and processing fees are non-refundable, except where Eventbrite’s own policies provide otherwise.
Festival cancellation. Refunds will be issued only if V2 Productions LLC cancels the Festival in its entirety and it is not rescheduled. In that case, the ticket face value will be refunded through Eventbrite to the original payment method.
Postponement. If the Festival is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, and no refund will be issued unless we announce otherwise through our official channels.
Force majeure. If the Festival is postponed, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government orders, or venue emergencies), any available options will be announced through our official channels.
Chargebacks. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a ticket covered by this policy may result in cancellation of that ticket and any associated tickets, and we reserve the right to contest the dispute.
This Refund Policy is the same policy published on the Festival’s Eventbrite event page.
4. Lineup and Schedule Changes
The lineup, performers, set times, and schedule are subject to change without notice. The appearance of any specific artist is not guaranteed. Artist changes, substitutions, or cancellations do not entitle ticket holders to a refund, exchange, or credit.
5. Weather, Postponement and Cancellation
Sunset Country Festival is a rain or shine event. For guest safety, performances may be delayed, paused, shortened, or the venue may be evacuated due to lightning or severe weather. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of festival management, venue staff, and local authorities and do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. Updates will be communicated through sunsetcountryfest.com, our official social media channels, and email to ticket holders.
6. Age and ID Policy
- All ages are welcome. Sunset Country Festival is a family-friendly event.
- Children ages 6 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.
- Children ages 7 to 14 require a Kids ticket (GA or VIP) or a Family package ticket.
- Guests ages 15 and older require an adult ticket.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult at all times.
- Alcohol is strictly 21+. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase or consume alcohol and to access any 21+ areas. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
7. Event Rules and Conduct
By entering the Festival, you agree to: follow all instructions from staff and security; allow security searches at entry; behave respectfully toward all guests, staff, vendors, and artists; not bring prohibited items (including weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, drones, and professional cameras without credentials); and comply with all local laws and Apopka Amphitheater venue rules. We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove anyone for misconduct, without refund.
8. Security Screening and Emergency Procedures
All guests and belongings are subject to security screening upon entry, including bag checks and walk-through detectors. Prohibited items will be refused at the gate. In case of emergency, follow instructions from festival staff and security. Medical assistance will be available on site.
9. Assumption of Risk
By attending the Festival, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of a large outdoor event, including crowds, loud music, weather conditions, heat, physical activity, and exposure to illness. Hearing protection is recommended, especially for children. You attend at your own risk.
10. Photo and Video Release
The Festival will be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you grant V2 Productions LLC and its partners permission to use your image, voice, and likeness, and those of any minor attending with you, in photos, videos, and recordings for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without compensation.
11. Accessibility (ADA)
Sunset Country Festival is committed to providing an accessible experience for guests with disabilities, including accessible viewing areas and accommodations. For accessibility requests, please contact us in advance at admin@sunsetcountryfest.com.
12. Lost and Found
Lost and found items are collected at a designated on-site location during the Festival. After the event, inquiries can be directed to admin@sunsetcountryfest.com. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen on site.
13. Blog Content and Third-Party News Disclaimer
The Sunset Country Festival blog publishes news, updates, and editorial content about country music, artists, tours, and the entertainment industry, sourced from publicly available information. V2 Productions LLC is NOT responsible for: (a) changes in tour dates, show dates, venue locations, or ticket availability announced by artists, labels, or promoters after our publication date; (b) concert or event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling made by artists or third parties; (c) inaccuracies in information originally provided by third-party sources; (d) any losses, costs, or inconvenience incurred by readers who act on information published on our blog without independently verifying it. All blog content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
14. Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, text, images, and video) is the property of V2 Productions LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V2 Productions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on blog content, or attendance at the Festival. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the face value of the ticket(s) you purchased.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V2 Productions LLC, its partners, sponsors, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the Festival.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site, as reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or attendance at the Festival constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the Festival’s Eventbrite event listing, constitute the entire agreement between you and V2 Productions LLC regarding the Site and the Festival.
