5These Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions (“Ambassador Terms”) govern your participation in the Sunset Country Festival Ambassador Program, operated by V2 Productions LLC. By submitting an application and/or accepting an ambassador role, you agree to be bound by these Ambassador Terms in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of sunsetcountryfest.com.
1. Program Overview
The Sunset Country Festival Ambassador Program is a voluntary, non-employment partnership between V2 Productions LLC and selected individuals (“Ambassadors”) who agree to promote the festival through authentic content creation, word-of-mouth and social media activity in exchange for the benefits described herein.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have an active, public social media presence on at least one platform; (c) reside in or have a significant audience connection to the United States; (d) not be under contract with a competing festival or event brand without prior written disclosure; (e) not have any active legal disputes with V2 Productions LLC.
3. Application and Selection
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. V2 Productions LLC reserves the sole right to approve or decline any application at its discretion. Accepted Ambassadors will receive written confirmation via email with their unique promo code and program details. By submitting an application, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2, and you agree to the content, image and likeness, FTC disclosure and confidentiality terms set out in these Ambassador Terms. 4. Ambassador Responsibilities
As an Ambassador, you agree to: (a) post at least 2 stories per week about the festival; (b) make at least 1 reel per month about the festival; (c) share your personal code with your audience; (d) tag @sunsetcountryfest in all festival-related content; (e) use hashtags #SunsetCountryFestival and #SunsetCountryFest in all festival-related posts; (f) on the event day, post at least 5 stories and 1 reel; (g) after the event, post a recap reel or post; (h) the more you post, the more chances to sell tickets and earn more; (i) maintain a tone consistent with the festival’s brand values; (j) disclose your ambassador relationship as required by FTC guidelines; (k) not disparage or misrepresent the festival.
5. Ambassador Benefits
Accepted Ambassadors will receive: (a) 2 free GA tickets (for the ambassador and 1 guest); (b) an ambassador kit, unlocked upon selling 50 tickets through their personal link; (c) a VIP upgrade, unlocked upon selling 20 tickets through their personal link; (d) a personal discount code to share with their audience. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Promo Code and Commission
A commission may be paid for each verified ticket sold through your unique link, at a rate communicated in the acceptance email. Commissions are paid within 30 days following the festival date, provided minimum content deliverables have been met. Ambassadors are solely responsible for reporting commissions as income under applicable US tax law.
7. Content, Image and Likeness Rights
7.1 License of your content. By tagging @sunsetcountryfest or using #SunsetCountryFestival / #SunsetCountryFest, you grant V2 Productions LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, reshare and use your content for promotional purposes for the duration of the festival campaign and up to 2 years thereafter.
7.2 Third-party consent. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all rights, consents and releases from any individual who is identifiable in content you create, post or submit in connection with the festival, including the right for V2 Productions LLC to repost and reuse that content as described in 7.1.
7.3 Minors. You must not post content in which a minor (under 18) is identifiable without the prior, verifiable consent of that minor’s parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for obtaining such consent and for providing evidence of it on request.
7.4 Your image and likeness. You grant V2 Productions LLC the right to use your name, social handle, image, likeness, voice and content captured at or in connection with the festival for promotional purposes during the campaign and for up to 2 years thereafter.
7.5 Capture at the festival. You acknowledge that V2 Productions LLC and its authorized partners may photograph, film and record attendees, including you, at the festival, and may use such material for promotional purposes.
7.6 Removal requests. You may request removal of specific content featuring you by emailing admin@sunsetcountryfest.com. V2 Productions LLC will make reasonable efforts to cease future use, subject to material already distributed or in third-party hands.
7.7 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold V2 Productions LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from content you posted, including claims relating to image, privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
7.8 Use of your social media content without prior approval. You agree that V2 Productions LLC may use, repost, reshare and repurpose any photos and videos you post on social media in connection with the festival without seeking your prior permission, providing prior notice, or paying any additional compensation, for the promotional purposes and time period described in this Section 7.
8. Brand Guidelines
Ambassadors must not: (a) create offensive content; (b) make false claims about the festival; (c) use brand assets without approval; (d) announce unreleased lineup or event information.
9. Confidentiality
Ambassadors may receive non-public festival information. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential until officially announced.
10. No Employment Relationship
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship. Ambassadors are independent contractors for all purposes.
11. Termination
V2 Productions LLC may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for immediate termination include: violation of these terms; behavior that damages the festival’s reputation; false information in the application; or failure to meet minimum content deliverables.
12. Disclaimer of Liability
V2 Productions LLC is not liable for any losses arising from your participation, including changes to the festival date, lineup or cancellation due to force majeure. Benefits are contingent on the festival taking place as planned.
13. Governing Law
These Ambassador Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
