By purchasing a ticket to, or entering the venue of, Sunset Country Festival, you acknowledge that the event is regularly photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional, marketing, editorial, and archival purposes. You grant V2 Productions LLC and its sponsors and partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your name, image, likeness, and voice captured on-site in any media, without compensation or further notice. Attendees who prefer not to be filmed may notify event staff at the entrance.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the Site and deliver our services, including payment processors, email marketing platforms, ticketing partners, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only on our behalf and to keep it secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Ticket purchase records are retained for up to seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.
