Planning a festival trip takes a little preparation — but trust us, it’s worth every bit of effort. Here’s our official guide to making the most of your Sunset Country Fest 2027 experience.
Choose the Right Ticket
We offer three ticket tiers to fit every budget and experience level:
- General Admission ($49) — Festival access both days, all main stage performances, general parking, and access to all food and vendor areas.
- VIP ($59) — Everything in General, plus a dedicated VIP viewing area, private bar and lounge, priority entry, and exclusive restrooms.
- Premium ($89) — The full Sunset experience. Front-of-stage access, complimentary drinks, artist meet & greet, a gift bag, and premium parking.
Getting to Apopka Amphitheater
The venue is easily accessible from I-4, SR-429, and US-441. If you’re flying in, Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 30 minutes away and Sanford International Airport (SFB) is about 25 minutes. We’ll also be announcing official shuttle service options closer to the event.
What to Bring
- Your ticket (digital or printed)
- Valid photo ID
- Sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter)
- Comfortable shoes — you’ll be on your feet!
- A light jacket for the evening (February nights in Florida can be cool)
- Cash or card for food, drinks, and merchandise
- Your best country festival energy
What NOT to Bring
- Outside food or beverages (except sealed water)
- Large bags or backpacks (small bags/purses OK)
- Professional cameras or recording equipment
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances
Plan Your Nights
Gates open at 4:00 PM each day. We recommend arriving early to explore the food vendors, browse the merchandise, and get a great spot before the music kicks off at 5:00 PM. The full schedule will be released closer to the event — keep an eye on our Schedule page and social channels.
Book Your Hotel Early
Several hotels are available within a 10-minute drive of the venue. Festival weekends fill up fast — we recommend booking as soon as possible. Our official hotel partners will be announced soon with exclusive festival rates.
