Terms & Conditions Agreement *

I have read and agree to the Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions, including the content, image and likeness terms (Section 7).

Eligibility Confirmation *

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, I reside in or have a significant audience in the United States, I am not under contract with a competing festival or event brand, and I have no active legal disputes with V2 Productions LLC.

I will disclose my partnership on every promotional post using #ad, #partner or #ambassador, as required by the FTC, and I will tag @sunsetcountryfest and use #SunsetCountryFestival and #SunsetCountryFest in my festival content.

I will obtain permission from anyone who is recognizable in the content I create, and from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18, before posting.

Confidentiality & Tax Acknowledgment *

I will keep non-public festival information (lineup, schedules, partnerships) confidential until it is officially announced, and I understand that any commissions are taxable income and a W-9 may be requested if I am accepted.
